No Really SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! You don’t need a home inspection if you are buying new construction!

Yup you….DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! need a home inspection with new construction!

So um whats missing in this new construction wall? Yup no outlet..spossed to have outlets situated so that at any point on the wall you are within 6' of an outlet. Most likely the drywall guys drywalled over the outlet and never came back to cut it out. ALso none of the outlets that were in the room had power.......jeez.

This house had 7 code violations and only required 1 more final from 1 trade to be complete. Travesty. Good news is my client got it all fixed and has a great smokin new pad. It can all be fixed, but someone has to care enough to go find it for you.

  1. That’s why buyers not only need a stellar HOME INSPECTOR on new construction, they also need their own REALTOR advocating for their best interests! Many buyers think they save money going straight to the Builder’s Agent—but the Listing Agent only represents the BUILDER. Not a good idea, as you’ve shown here!
